The Classic Post Race Party

A Post Classics will be held at the swimming pool entertainment area of The Pullman, Cairns (Capacity 400 persons) – an opportunity to exchange pleasantries over a few drinks. The hotel also serves food, which will be available (at your own cost).  There will also be a Q&A session featuring various personalities from the world of swimming – nothing too much, but an opportunity to hear observations on swimming and also ask questions. Leisel Jones, our Ocean Swim ambassador will be part of this light hearted chat, as well as

 race organiser, Gareth Sykes – who might tell a tale or two of the International Swimming days of the late seventies early eighties, when the Mean Machine were in town….
